Gabriel is a Senior Research Analyst for IPA Peru, working with Peru's Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations on the design, collection, and analysis of qualitative data to inform public policy. He has experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research on topics including education, sports, vulnerability, migration, and project management. Gabriel holds a BA in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
