Francesca is the Associate Policy Manager for IPA Sierra Leone. In this role, she oversees all policy engagement for the Sierra Leone country office, leading the implementation of the Ministry of Health Social Incentives for Childhood Immunization path-to-scale project. Prior to joining IPA, she worked on several large-scale INGO education and microfinance projects across Sierra Leone and Liberia. Francesca received her MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester.
