Francesca is Policy Manager for IPA Sierra Leone. In this role, she oversees all policy engagement for the Sierra Leone country office, supporting government partners to generate, use and scale evidence within health and education. Prior to joining IPA, she worked on several large-scale INGO education and microfinance projects across Sierra Leone and Liberia. Francesca received her MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester.
