Forest works with the East Asia and Pacific Gender Innovation Lab on projects relating to land rights, decision-making, and migration in Southeast Asia. Before joining EAPGIL, he was working for Innovations for Poverty Action in the Philippines researching land reform, property rights, and gender. He is a McCourt Scholar at the Master of International Development Policy program at the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy.
