Florence Anena is the Human Resource / Administration Manager at IPA Uganda. She previously worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Padre Pio Insurance Brokers Ltd. Florence holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute and Bachelors of Information Science from Makerere University.
