Fides is a Policy and Project Development Associate at IPA Philippines, with a focus on Climate and Environment. Previously, Fides provided research and policy support at the Department of Trade and Industry, and conducted fundraising research and strategy at a nonprofit services firm. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Development Management from Ateneo de Manila University, with additional coursework completed at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
