Fidelis is a Research Associate for IPA Nigeria, where he contributes to research design, field implementation, data analysis, and the production of policy-relevant evidence across studies. He has over five years of experience in applied development research, impact evaluation, and evidence generation, and previously worked as a Research Associate at the Innovative Hub for Research in Africa and the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa. He has contributed to projects spanning poverty reduction, education, public health, and agriculture. Fidelis holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.
