Fatimata Barro is a Project Development Analyst for IPA Francophone West Africa. Previously, she was a legal advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Ouagadougou. Fatimata is passionate about international humanitarian law and has delivered presentations at universities in Burkina Faso with the ICRC COM/PREV team. She interned at the National Road Safety Office as part of her Master's thesis on road safety policies in Burkina Faso. Fatimata holds two Master's degrees, one in Political Science from the University of Thomas Sankara (joint degree from Sciences Po Bordeaux) and a second in International Law from the Private University of Ouagadougou.
