Ernest is IPA’s Senior Director of Technology. He previously held technology leadership roles in healthcare, logistics, and international mission-driven organizations including Walking Doctors, International Rescue Committee, and Pathfinder International. Over the years, he has contributed to, architected, and implemented a wide range of technology systems including the US Post Office electronic timestamp, online medical records, M&E systems, and high-volume logistics systems. He holds an MS in Conservation Biology and a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. He has also held advisory and board positions with Microsoft TSI, UNICEF, MSF, and other nonprofits.
