Emmanuel is a Data Associate with IPA's Global Research & Data Science (GRDS) team. He previously served as a Research Associate for IPA's Applied Research & Methods (ARM) Group. Prior to joining IPA, Emmanuel worked as an analyst in the National Statistics Office of Mexico, collaborating for the generation and analysis of official sociodemographic data collected from national surveys. He holds a BA in Public Policy from the Center for Research and Teaching of Economics (CIDE), Mexico.
