Emmanuel is a project coordinator of the Ceasefire initiative from the Project "Building Effective, Resilient and Trusted Police Organizations in Mexico". At IPA, he has collaborated as a qualitative research associate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of Procedural Justice training since 2016. Previously to IPA, he coordinated several violence prevention projects, developing violence diagnosis of public transportation, schools, and universities in segregated communities. Emmanuel is an architect by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and he teaches a "Citizen Safety" course from the Graduate School of Architecture in the Masters in "Public Space and Urban Mobility"
