Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist

Elizabeth “Cedar” Louis is a Senior Specialist on Landesa’s Research, Evaluation and Learning team and has over 15 years’ experience in research, policy analysis, and monitoring & evaluation in the fields of land rights, gender, rural livelihoods, political economy of agriculture, and health and sanitation (WASH). She is a political ecologist with extensive field-work experience in India, Nepal and Myanmar. She is currently working on research and evaluation projects in India, Myanmar, and Liberia.
