Eliane is a Senior Human Resources and Administration Associate at IPA Francophone West Africa. She previously worked as a Human Resources Manager for Concern Worldwide, Welthungerhilfe, CFAO Motors Burkina, and law firms. Eliane holds a Master's in Legal and Political Sciences from the University of Saint Thomas Aquinas and a Master's in International Business Management from the IAM.
