Edna Patricia supports the administrative and financial management of the IPA Colombia country office. She has over 10 years of experience in administrative and financial roles within nonprofit organizations and international agencies, where she has been responsible for the development, financial implementation, and monitoring of projects and office operations. She holds a specialization in management from HEC Montréal and a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
