Diego is a Research Analyst at IPA Colombia. In this role, he supports early childhood development projects from the ICBF Lab. Prior to joining IPA, he worked at the World Bank on initiatives aimed at improving both the quality of and access to Colombian early childhood public services. Diego holds a BS in Political Science from Universidad de los Andes and is currently pursuing the MITx MicroMasters in Data, Economics and Design of Policy.
