Diana works as a Senior Policy Associate at IPA Perú on the scale-up of Mate Wasi, an education intervention that seeks to improve mathematical and listening comprehension skills in preschool-age children in the San Martin region. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of San Marcos in Peru and has worked as a budget specialist at the Ministry of Education (MINEDU), as well as a research analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR).
