Dennis is the Technical Program Manager for IPA's Global Research and Data Science team, where he leads the coordination and planning of the team's allocation to cross-functional, and direct technical support. Dennis brings a wealth of experience in managing humanitarian and development-driven programs. Prior to joining IPA, Dennis was the Behavioral Insights Coordinator at Airbel Impact Lab at the International Rescue Committee, leading the development and scaling of programs using behavioral science, applied human-centered design, and scaled social behavior change. Dennis holds an MA in Economics from Moi University and a BSc in Financial Economics from Strathmore University.
