Denis Bikesha is currently a lecturer of constitutional law, at the University of Rwanda and teaches Transitional Justice Systems at the Master’s programme of International Criminal Law and Human Rights. Additionally, Denis oversees the violence prevention and leadership programs at Lead 4 Tomorrow in the East African region during his free time. Denis is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and renders legal services through Premier Law Chambers, a law firm he co-founded in Kigali. He has been a member of the High Council of the Judiciary and a member of the High Council of the Prosecution since 2017.
