Delphine is the Invoicing Manager, based at IPA Rwanda. She previously served as Grants Finance Management Officer and Grants Coordinator, preparing grant invoices and monitoring payments as well as supporting project audits, close-outs, and other grants administration roles. She has experience as a Risk and Operations Analyst with the Kenya Climate Change Working Group, and as a Compliance Officer with the One Acre Fund in Rwanda. Delphine graduated from Kigali Independent University with a Bachelor of Economics and Business Studies-Accounting and speaks French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, and English.
