Delight Gutip is a Research Associate with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Nigeria, with experience in research implementation and field team management. She has managed and monitored large field teams across complex research projects, supporting training, data collection, quality control, and adherence to research protocols.

Before joining IPA, Delight worked in the banking sector as a Relationship Officer and Acting Branch Manager. She has also collaborated with various research organizations and worked on the World Bank's Conflict Monitoring System Project. Delight holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Technology and an MBA.
