Daniela works as a Senior Research Associate at IPA Colombia. Before, she was an advisor to the Colombian Health Minister, supervising the progress of institutional projects. She served as policy advisor on citizen participation and peace construction at the Civil Service. She advised the Director of Bogota's Oversight Office to prevent corruption in the execution of the city's Development Plan. She was a research assistant at the Berlin Social Science Centre evaluating new citizen participation practices in Latin America. She has conducted research on children's socioemotional development. Daniela holds an MPA from LSE and an MPP from the Hertie School. She received a BA in Psychology and a BSc in Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
