Daniela has experience designing, monitoring, and evaluating programs and policies primarily focused on poverty and security. Also, she has experience in the legislative branch and the legal processes involved in bill approval in Colombia. Before joining IPA, Daniela worked at the City Office of Security, Coexistence, and Justice in Bogota, the Colombian House of Representatives, and the National Planning Department, among other public institutions. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, a Master's in Economics from the University of Los Andes, and a Bachelor's in Economics from the Nacional University.
