Dalyo is a Data Associate on the Global Research & Data Science (GRDS) team at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA). In this role, he is responsible for developing and organizing training materials and providing direct technical support to country offices. Prior to joining IPA, Dalyo gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Higher Institute of Population Sciences at Université Ouaga 1 Professeur Ki-Zerbo. He holds a Master's degree in Statistics and Business Intelligence from Université Alioune Diop de Bambey (UADB) and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Computer Science from Université Nazi Boni (UNB).
