Crystal Aghadi is a Research and Business Development Associate at IPA Nigeria, with over five years of experience in research and data analysis. She has contributed to high-impact projects at organizations including Precision Development, the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), and the Ministry of Agriculture, where she led and supported the implementation of impact evaluations and evidence-based research initiatives. She holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics and an MSc in Agricultural and Applied Economics and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field.
