Clément Eyraud is an Associate Policy Manager at IPA Francophone West Africa. He has been coordinating the Ed Lab on education since May 2025. Prior to that, he worked for the United Nations Development Programme in Tunis as a Programme Associate for Justice, Human Rights, and Gender, where he oversaw a portfolio of projects related to social protection, legal aid, and access to justice. He also worked for the French Embassy in Sudan as a Project Officer for Governance and Stabilization, and for the Spanish Cooperation as a Project Officer for Peace, Security, and Development. Clément holds a master’s degree in International Public Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
