Chrissy is the Associate Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at IPA, working to advance unrestricted and infrastructure fundraising with individuals and institutions. Chrissy previously served as IPA's Manager of Business Development, specializing in developing proposals for large and complex global agreements with governments and large philanthropic organizations. Before joining IPA, she worked as a writer, editor, research director, and external affairs lead at multiple progressive communications and media advocacy organizations. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
