Charlotte is a Research Associate at IPA Philippines, working on the World Bank mixed-methods study of the care economy in the Philippines. Prior to joining IPA, she conducted education and curriculum assessments at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies and provided technical coordination for the House of Representatives and Ateneo de Manila University Evidence-based Research Project, focusing on electricity pricing and grid congestion. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
