Carolyne Atuhura is a Policy and Communications Officer at IPA Uganda. Working in collaboration with IPA’s Global Communications team, she plays a supporting role in publicizing and documenting activities at country level. Before joining IPA, she worked as a Communications and Engagement Assistant for the Medical Research Council/Uganda Virus Research Institute and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine Uganda Research Unit. Carolyne holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication (Honours) from the Uganda Christian University (UCU).
