Cara Vu creates and oversees the production of communications products aimed at engaging policymakers, funders, partners, researchers, and other members of IPA’s external audience, liaising closely with IPA's program area and country office teams to produce exceptional content and materials. She also supports the execution of IPA’s global internal communications strategy. Prior to joining IPA, Cara worked for a nonprofit fellowship program based in Princeton, New Jersey. Cara earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
