Brian is a Data Associate at IPA Uganda and Rwanda. Prior to joining IPA, he led as a Data Manager with the MRC/UVRI and LSHTM Uganda Research Unit. He also served as a Data Officer at the Infectious Diseases Institute of Uganda. He holds a BS in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University.
