Bienvenu Gbehe is a Research Associate for IPA Ghana. He previously served as a Research Analyst for IPA Côte d'Ivoire. In his previous role as Research Analyst, he supported data analysis and cleaning, data collection, and Right-Fit Evidence (RFE) activities in multiple sectors, including education and health. In his RFE work, he has supported the Education Embedded Evidence Lab (Edlab) in Côte d'Ivoire with training and implementation, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and data collection. He previously also served as an intern with the IPA RFE team. Before joining IPA, Bienvenu worked as a research coordinator-consultant at The Khana Group and as a visiting Junior Research Associate at CeSPI in Rome, Italy. Bienvenu holds a master's degree in applied economics and is a PhD student at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny.
