Bianca Verrilli is IPA's Global Operations Director. Bianca is an international development professional with experience working with U.S. Government Agencies, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit implementers of development programming. In her role at IPA, Bianca supports Country and Regional management in coordination with IPA's Global Functional teams to strengthen field operations wherever IPA works. Prior to joining IPA, she worked at DAI Global, where she held a number of roles including Manager, Business Process Management and conducted short term field assignments in roles such as Senior Operations Specialist; Acting Deputy Chief of Party; Recruitment & Human Resources Specialist; and Acting Director of Operations, among others. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Management and is professionally fluent in Spanish.
