Benjamin is IPA's Associate Regional Director of Finance for West Africa. He has vast working experience in multinational and local organizations. Prior to joining IPA, he served as the Accounts Specialist at Rising Data Solutions. He led as the Deputy Project Manager at Michael Stephens Consultin,  where he developed technical and financial proposals, resulting in an expanded grant access for SMEs. He is also experienced in delivering cost-reduction initiatives through the setup and improvement of internal control systems of organizations, including IPA where he has served since 2010.
