Barbara Aidoo is a Policy Manager at IPA Ghana, where she supports the use of evidence to inform and drive the scale-up of key components of Ghana’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) policy. She previously led regional innovation programs and national policy consultations at Heritors Labs, including the Africa Research and Innovation Commercialization Summit, and engagements on the Ghana Startup and Innovation Draft Bill. Barbara also worked with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and led a gender-focused development project under the UN Millennium Fellowship. She holds an MBA in International Trade from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Cape Coast.
