Anita Batenga is a Policy Associate at IPA Uganda. She has experience in data collection and monitoring and evaluation in the education sector, as well as in program implementation, design, monitoring, reporting, and documentation. Prior to joining IPA, she worked for Opportunity International on their Education Quality program and as a Program Associate at the Uganda National NGO Forum, working on the Philanthropy for Development and Civil Society Strengthening programs. Anita holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy and Management from Makerere University, Uganda.
