Andrea Gómez works as a Research Analyst at IPA Peru. She is currently working on the Volar project, an intervention that seeks to evaluate the impact of a mobile application used by parents or caregivers of children under 3 years old on early childhood development. She also worked as an intern at the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, where she participated in Budget Program 0121, “Improving the Articulation of Small Producers to Markets.” She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
