Alexandra Saldarriaga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Piura and currently works as a Research Analyst at IPA Peru and LACO (Latin American countries without a country office). Her interests include applied research, social project monitoring, and finance. She has participated in several projects, including Enuma in Nicaragua, which focused on evaluating the impact of differentiated instruction to improve math learning outcomes among first and second grade students. She is currently collaborating on two projects: Unbound – Poverty Stoplight, which focuses on the study of multidimensional poverty in Honduras, and Global Citizenship Index: Analysis of School Books, which seeks to analyze the extent to which fifth and sixth grade educational materials incorporate words related to Global Citizenship and its subcategories.
