Alexandra is a Senior Policy Associate at IPA Peru. Before joining IPA, she conducted research and consulting in education, behavioral economics, and financial inclusion, both at the Research Center of Universidad del Pacífico and in affiliation with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked on projects in close coordination with the Peruvian National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration. She has evaluated programs and policies implemented by the Peruvian Ministry of Education. Alexandra holds an MSc and a BSc in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
