Alejandro Mojica is a Policy and Research Associate at IPA Colombia, where he supports the migration portfolio with a focus on dual-generation strategies and the integration of migrant populations into host communities. Previously, he worked as a Research Analyst at IPA and as a Project Analyst at Instiglio, where he contributed to the design and implementation of results-based financing initiatives. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor degree in Government and International Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
