Ajike Kalu is the Operations Coordinator for the Nigerian Country Office. Before joining IPA Nigeria, Ajike worked as the Operations Manager in USAID-Youth-Powered Ecosystem to Advance Urban Adolescent Health Project which is being implemented by DAI Nigeria. He also worked as Operations Specialist in the USAID-Effective Water & Hygiene Services Program which was implemented by RTI International. He has equally worked with PACT West Africa and Catholic Relief Services in Nigeria in different capacities in the Operations Unit, supporting donor-funded projects. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
