Agnes Lahai is currently working as a Senior Research Associate with field staff, focusing on field staff hiring, training, overseeing data collection, and preparing field budgets. She worked with IPA from 2012 to 2014 on several projects: effects of voter participation, political competition, and candidate selection; non-financial awards and community monitoring for clinic performance; and targeted instruction in Sierra Leone. Agnes has also been a freelance field staff for FORUIT, CESPA, and Statistics Sierra Leone. She holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Environmental Sciences (Environment and Development Options) from Njala University of Sierra Leone.
