Agnes Lahai is currently working as a Field Manager on the See to Learn (SL2) project in Sierra Leone, focusing on field staff hiring, training, overseeing data collection and field logistics, and preparing field budgets. She previously worked at IPA as a Field Manager from 2012 to 2014 on multiple projects including the study on the effects of voter participation, candidate selection, and non-financial awards and community monitoring for clinic performance. Agnes has also been a freelance field staff for FORUIT, CESPA, and Statistics Sierra Leone prior to joining IPA. She holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Environmental Sciences (Environment and Development Options) from Njala University of Sierra Leone.
