Adriana is a Grants Manager for IPA. She has over 17 years of experience in international development, specializing in the management of grants, contracts, and donor-funded projects. She previously worked with organizations such as Chemonics, DAI, MSI, Tetra Tech, and Patrimonio Natural on initiatives funded by USAID and the GEF. Adriana has managed significant funding portfolios, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and strengthened processes to ensure technical and financial compliance, contributing to program effectiveness and community impact. She holds an MA in Social Innovation Management from Universidad Icesi in Colombia, a specialization in Environmental Education from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management.
