Achille is a Research Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa (FWA). Since 2017, he has supported the coordination of "Sahel (Burkina-Faso-Niger-Mauritania-Senegal) Adaptive Social Protection Impact Evaluation" and "Enhancing Access to Index-Based Agricultural Weather Insurance in Burkina Faso" and provided technical support to Côte d'Ivoire's country teams. He volunteered for the UN as a National Economist Assistant for Monitoring and Evaluation and Knowledge Management of the UNDP's Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development Unit in Benin. He also consulted for the World Bank in Benin, Niger, and Guinea (Conakry). Achille holds a Master of Science in Statistics and Applied Economics.
