Abigael Mwanyiro is a Research Associate at IPA Kenya, where she oversees project implementation and manages multi-country field teams across East Africa. She has over six years of experience leading large-scale research projects, with proven expertise in data quality assurance, survey programming, monitoring and evaluation, field team training and supervision, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to her current role, Abigael served as a Field Manager for the Kenya Life Panel Survey (KLPS) and as an Associate Field Manager for the Smallholder Horticultural Empowerment Project for Local and Up-Scaling (SHEP-PLUS). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
