As a Policy & Project Development Associate, Abe supports the Synthesis-Ready Evidence Repository Projection at the Embedded Lab within the Department of Education. Before IPA, she worked in local and international nonprofits integrating data-driven insights into interventions contributing to sustainable solutions in health, leadership, and governance. She is a BS Psychology graduate at the University of the Philippines and is trained under the Epidemiology Fellowship Program of the Department of Science and Technology Philippines.
