Abdulai Bah works closely with Research Associates and other field staff members to perform a variety of tasks, including hiring and training of surveyors, sending project updates and checking incoming data on SurveyCTO. He also supervises and oversees field work to ensure that everyone works efficiently. His role often involves traveling into rural communities. He has worked on many projects, including the Empowerment and Livelihood for Adolescent (ELA) Girls. He has also taught Mathematics in a secondary school in Sierra Leone. Before joining IPA, Abdulai also worked as a field staff member at the Government Statistics office in Sierra Leone. He has a BSc in Mathematics and Education from N'jala University of Sierra Leone
