Boris Traoré is a Business Development and Program Associate for IPA Francophone West Africa, where he supports partnership development, proposal preparation, and policy and communications initiatives across the region, while also collaborating with IPA's Peace & Recovery sector program.

Previously, Boris worked as a consultant with the National Early Warning System program at West Africa Network for Peacebuilding in Burkina Faso, supporting peacebuilding and conflict prevention efforts.

He holds an MA in Conflict, Peace, and Security from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre and a BA in Business Administration (Marketing and Communication) from the University of Ghana.
