The National Programme Coordinating Unit (NPCU) is made up of the overall management of the various IFAD operations in Sierra Leone under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Food Security (MAFFS). Its main responsibility amongst others is Planning & Budgeting. The NPCU works in concert with stakeholders such as the Government of Sierra Leone, Line Ministries and other Development Partners. The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry & Food Security has been given the role of responsibility to serve as the Lead Executing Agent in supervising the NPCU. The NPCU works in concert with stakeholders such as Government Line Ministries and other Development Partners.
