First Agro-Industrial Rural Bank, Inc. (FAIRbank) is a rural bank based in Cebu province in the Philippines that serves over 20,000 female microentrepreneurs. Its long term goal since its founding in 1999 is to provide long term and beneficial banking relationships for micro, small, and medium scale entrepreneurs. Loans are offered include its Kaabag program, a group lending product.
