Ecofuturo is a regulated Bolivian microfinance institution whose mission is to become a competitive, efficient, and sustainable financial entity that supports the development of small and micro-enterprises in urban and rural areas, with innovative services adapted to the necessities of their clients. Ecofuturo was created by a group of financial NGOs (ANED, FADES, IDEPRO, UNITAS), together with a group of businessmen and with the help of the Swiss Government. Today, Ecofuturo provides most financial services permitted of Private Financial Funds (Fondos Financieros Privados) in Bolivia.
