Delight Gutip is a Research Associate for IPA Nigeria, currently working on the ORS Zinc Project. She has contributed to several IPA Nigeria projects, supporting data collection, field supervision, and quality assurance. Before joining IPA, Delight worked in the banking sector as a Relationship Officer and later as an Acting Branch Manager. She has also collaborated with various research organizations and served as a short-term temporary staff on the World Bank’s Conflict Monitoring System Project. Delight holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Technology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
